Under the direction of Chef Seb Macik, the Sophomore class put on a tremendous feast in celebration of Our Lady’s Immaculate Conception. The boys hosted faculty, friends and supporters as well as their Freshmen brothers. They cooked and served a four course meal highlighted by roasted venison harvested locally while also entertaining with an assortment of toasts and songs. And perhaps best of all, they cleaned it all up. Well done lads!
